Where pickup is
Everything is collected in person; I don't ship yet. Pickup covers within 20 miles of Sullivan, Washington, Rolla or St. Louis, and the address above is checked against those four points. Outside that range nothing is charged - the form leaves your name with me instead, in case shipping ever starts.
How ordering works
Baking runs in windows. While one is open you can add items and pay for them; once it closes or sells out, the next comes round the following week. Payment is by card at the end, the subtotal is before tax, and nothing is charged until you finish paying. Wholesale and by-arrangement enquiries reach me whether a window is open or not, and neither takes payment here.
Gluten-free and mammal-free
Everything baked here is gluten-free and every flour blend used is certified gluten-free. Some loaves use a blend containing certified gluten-free wheat starch, so ask me about the item first if you have a wheat allergy rather than celiac disease. Mammal-free means no dairy, gelatin, tallow or rendered fat. Real eggs are used in all the baked goods, so this is not a vegan bakery. Full ingredients for every product are on the kitchen record.
